Terms and Conditions – zs333 Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and zs333 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing zs333, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration. False information is grounds for immediate account closure.

zs333 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on zs333. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — is a violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a secure password, and any other details requested in the registration process. Your registered details must be kept up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. zs333 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Use a strong, unique password for your zs333 account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Do not allow others to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication for additional security.

zs333 is not liable for losses incurred through unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from the player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

All deposits on zs333 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, mobile wallets, and debit/credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your zs333 account balance within a few minutes of the transfer completing on the mobile wallet side. Bank transfers and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank's processing time.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — using someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account — are not permitted.
• If a deposit fails to reflect within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• zs333 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your account dashboard at any time, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. zs333 processes withdrawal requests and aims to complete them in a timely manner.

• Withdrawals are only paid to payment methods registered in the same name as the account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Active bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until their wagering requirements have been fully met.
• zs333 reserves the right to carry out reasonable security checks before processing any withdrawal.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected processing window, contact the support team with your request reference. zs333 will investigate and provide an update. Withdrawals are not processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Every bonus comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed alongside the offer when it is presented to you.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on zs333:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the specific bonus terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically once the deadline passes.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid on specified slot games only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion.
• zs333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonus funds if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

All games available on zs333 — including Live Casino tables, Slots, and Sports Betting markets — operate according to their individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products on zs333:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sports bet, the outcome is determined by the game server result or the actual match result. Disconnections do not entitle a player to a refund unless the game itself experienced a provable system error.
• In the unlikely event of a software or display error that results in an incorrect payout being shown, the error will be corrected. zs333 is not liable to pay out amounts that resulted from a technical malfunction or display fault.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Use of bots or automation software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any part of the platform without manual player input.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — if you identify a bug that results in unintended behaviour or payouts, you are required to report it to support and not take advantage of it. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.

zs333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that:

• Is found to have provided false information during registration or verification.
• Has been used in violation of the fair play policy, including bot use, collusion, or chargeback abuse.
• Belongs to a player who is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Has made multiple accounts in breach of the one-account rule.
• Is subject to a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

When an account is closed by zs333 for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the breach investigation concludes that funds were generated through prohibited means, those funds may be forfeited in full.
